    The machine’s working range is divided into six different zones. Each zone has a table on which the workpiece can be mounted.

    The active zone fencing is lowered during milling enabling the robot to process the workpiece on all 5 sides.

    In this space all work tables are equipped with T-slots. It is possible to install a vacuum suction plate on 3 work tables.

    It is also possible to determine the zero points of the workpiece automatically. This is very useful when a specific tolerance needs to be achieved for a certain surface.

    The CNC robot makes it very simple to finish surfaces at a given angle. The robot enables milling at all angles.

    This CNC robot has the option to use the robot to secure the workpiece and to move this around the milling motor, when this is switched off. This option ensures fully automatic production using one robot.

    The CNC robot can switch off the milling motor automatically and use the gripper. The robot uses the gripper to secure to the workpieces and then move around the switched-off milling motor until the workpiece is finished.

    When the robot collects a new tool from the magazine the control automatically modifies the tool length.

    These push buttons make it possible to manually remove the tool from the milling motor and open the magazine lid, provided the key contact is live.

    The control panel is not integrated in the control cabinet for this CNC robot but is located in an area in which the operator has a good visibility of the machine.

    Once the CNC robot has finished the program a protective cover will lower and the table will rotate outwards. This enables the operator to set up a new workpiece safely.

    When milling, the work table is in a vertical position. This has the advantage that, during milling, the chips fall into the collection tray.
