Deburring robot
Once the workpiece has been milled, there are a lot of milling burrs. The robot deburrs the entire workpiece thanks to its large reach in combination with the Maxerade sanding motor.

Deburring robot
When the workpiece is folded and punched, there is a risk of burrs at the holes and at the ends. Using a custom-made tool and the constant force, the robot removes burrs in less than twenty seconds. The workpieces are automatically fed by a second robot.

Grinding robot with toolchange
When the workpiece is welded, the welds must be ground flat. Because the robot has a tool change system, it is possible to finish the entire work piece without the intervention of an operator.
