Lieselot Verdonck joins CNC Solutions as business manager
CNC Solutions is proud to announce that Lieselot Verdonck will be joining the company as manager. After a career in journalism and content marketing, followed by five successful years at Unilin Insulation, Lieselot brings her expertise in marketing and storytelling to CNC Solutions, the company founded by her father Frank Verdonck in 1992. Together with Lander Debruyne, she will now continue to lead the company.
A step into the family
Lieselot Verdonck grew up with entrepreneurship. As the daughter of founder Frank Verdonck, it was only a matter of time before she found her way into the family business. Her move comes at a crucial moment, as CNC Solutions is experiencing strong growth and expanding its team.
Lieselot Verdonck: “It feels like coming home. I've been working behind the scenes for years, but now it's time to step into the spotlight and contribute to the further growth of the company. This is the perfect time to make the move. CNC Solutions is gaining momentum and I am excited to be part of this growth story.”

Strengthening the management team
Lander Debruyne, who has been with the company for 18 years and has been co-manager since 2017, remains the technical brain behind CNC Solutions. Together, Lieselot and Lander will take over the management of the company, with Lieselot focusing on marketing, administrative tasks, and HR.
Lander Debruyne: “With Lieselot on board, we are strengthening our expertise and can support our growth even better. Her experience in marketing and branding is a huge added value for CNC Solutions.”
Growth and expansion
Since moving to its new premises in Menen at the end of 2020, CNC Solutions has continued to grow. The company, which offers innovative solutions for automating milling and sanding processes with CNC robot machines, is known as a reliable partner for companies in various sectors. With a team of 12 employees, CNC Solutions continues to expand to meet growing demand. The existing company premises will therefore be expanded again in the course of this year, after barely four years.
