Ready for international growth

CNC Solutions builds 930 m² of additional production space in Menen

CNC Solutions, a specialist in CNC robot machines based in Menen, has tripled its production capacity thanks to a new 930 m² extension. The expansion was necessary due to increasing demand, the production of larger machines, and the ambition to further break through internationally, with exports to the US on the horizon.

TRIPLE CAPACITY IN RESPONSE TO GROWTH AND INTERNATIONALIZATION

CNC Solutions in Menen is expanding its company building with 930 m² of additional production space and associated parking. The new extension, fully integrated into the existing building from 2020, is the answer to the increasing demand for advanced CNC machines for milling, sanding, plasma and laser cutting with robots. The expansion means a tripling of the production space in just five years.

The investment is part of a broader growth strategy. “Last year, we mainly invested in people, now we are investing in space,” says Lieselot Verdonck, manager at CNC Solutions. “This expansion enables us to work more efficiently and faster, so that we can achieve higher turnover with our current team. With this infrastructure, we are ready for the coming years.”

The construction was carried out by contractor Beeuwsaert from Ledegem and designed by architect Lien Debeer from Veurne. The new building forms a single entity with the existing building, optimizing the production flow.

LARGER AND MORE MACHINES

The need for extra space is no coincidence. CNC Solutions is building more and more and increasingly larger machines for customers from the north of the Netherlands to the south of France. In addition, there are concrete plans to start exporting to the United States in early 2026.

Parallel to this international growth, the company is also working on innovative projects on its own soil. For example, CNC Solutions recently developed a completely new automatic robot press in collaboration with Calvet. This machine processes four separate aluminum profiles into a ready-made window using robotics. “We spent four years developing this machine together with Calvet, and the first three units are now in production,” says Lander Debruyne, manager at CNC Solutions. “This is an innovative project we are particularly proud of, and a perfect example of why that extra space was essential.”
